Hi guys, the SGM is going to be held on the 1st July 2107 at Nellies (downstairs at The Sportsman Hotel) with the following structure:
6:00 pm to 6:45 pm – Renewal of memberships will be open between this time along with receiving your membership card on the spot.
6:45 pm – Doors open.
7 pm – S.G.M. commences.
8 pm (roughly) – S.G.M. concludes.
8 pm till late – Hell For Leather please see the post here for details.
This event is for currently paid members ONLY – if you would like to sign up to be a member the cost is $20 for a year and you get a lot of benefits and can be done via our membership portal by 11:59 PM Tuesday 27th June to be processed at the next committee meeting. No NEW memberships will be approved this night.
