Leather Dinner is The Boot Co. Brisbane’s most formal event of the year.
We gather in ‘High Cow’ to enjoy a fine meal and fellowship with local, interstate and international Leather Brother, confer accolades on notable members and allies of our community and to announce the recipient of the annual Noel Lewington Award.
Adding to the occassion this year, the Mr Queensalnd Leather and QLD Leatherboy contestants will be delivering their competition speeches. This setting adds gravitas to their endeavours while providing a much more conducive environment in which to complete a task, which contributes significantly to their competition score.
Join us for an evening with great food, filled with the joy of achievements and to support the 2019 Mr Queensland Leather and QLD Leatherboy competitors.

Balsamic glazed steak rolls (2), filled with a trio of Julienne cut style vegetables
Creamy Butternut Pumpkin and leek Soup served with Sour Cream and cracked Pepper
Rockmelon Bruschetta Duo, topped with goats cheese and prosciutto (2) drizzled with homey and Balsamic glaze
Caprese Stuffed Chicken Breast, stuffed with semi sundried tomatoes, baby spinach and buffalo Mozzarella, finished with a creamy sage sauce resting on smashed potato and Steamed Broccolini with fire glazed cherry tomato’s
BBQ and plum marinated Pork Chops, resting on garlic infused mash, wilted baby spinach and Dutch carrots with a side of pup’s red onion and apple chutney
Grilled Crispy Skin Atlantic Salmon resting on a warmed potato and green bean salad with grilled roma tomatoes and walnuts finished with balsamic beetroot relish
Frittata, with sweet potato, spinach and ricotta served with pup’s wild rocket salad with glazed cherry tomatoes, grilled capsicum, Spanish onions, and toasted walnuts topped with shaved parmesan.
