BootCo’s ever popular Leather Dinner takes place at The Sportsman Hotel as part of the BootCo. Leather Festival on September 5th.
The annual event is an opportunity for BootCo members and their partners and friends to enjoy a delicious three-course meal together and celebrate the organisation’s achievements over the past year.
The menu – expertly prepared by BootCo’s own master chef Pup Scout consists of a 3 course meal.
Entrée
Tempura Prawn Plate (4) served with Rocket leaf and dill dipping cream with lemon wedges.

Creamy Butternut Pumpkin Soup served with Sour Cream and cracked Pepper
Main’s
Caprese Stuffed Chicken Breast, stuffed with semi sundried tomatoes, baby spinach and buffalo Mozzarella, topped with basil pesto and resting on smashed potato and Steamed Broccolini with fire glazed cherry tomato’s

Lamb Shank resting on creamy potato mash, smoky grilled roma tomatoes and green beans, finished with a lamb Jus.

Vegetable Fritters, with sweet potato, spinach and feta served with pup’s Christmas butternut pumpkin salad, with grilled capsicum, Spanish onions, Grilled Roma Tomatoes finished with lemon infused feta and toasted walnuts

Leather inspired cake
The theme for the event is ‘Mile High Club’ and guests are encouraged to wear a leather/kink interpretation of the phrase. A prize will be awarded for the best dressed guest. Guests will have the opportunity to procure the services of an attentive slave to enhance their dining experience in the traditional slave auction.
There will be entertainment as well for the guests.
BootCo will also present its annual Noel Lewington award, recognising a person who has significantly advanced the interests of Brisbane’s leather and kink community.
