Hello Brothers,
As I was putting together the BootCo. Newsletter for our members, I had a bit of a moment.
VOL. 25 – No.1. That really struck me hard as I changed the number over to start a new year for BootCo. This group that I somehow became part of, President even, is celebrating it’s 25th Birthday.
That is huge for me. BootCo. is the longest running men’s club in Australia, and not only that, we are somehow doing better than ever before with the highest number of paid members the club has seen.
I can’t help but wonder what the future holds for the club. In 2015 we will be celebrating the Leather Dinner in the month of BootCo’s conception, as well as having started planning workshops and events throughout the year.
We have also started the process of working on the website. We have added a new blog section and are working on the membership side of things. For now the user backend has been disabled and all memberships and renewals will be done through the online shop. Any issues or questions please let me know!
We are also starting to overhaul the membership system to kill a lot of the issues we have been having lately. Don’t forget we no longer send out cards unless you are unable to pick them up from a pub night.
In January we will be running Hot Summer Nights to titillate and excite as only a room full of men in swimwear can. As always it should be a damn hot night.
Make sure you stay safe and well over the Christmas break. It can be a stressful and lonely time for a lot of people, so make sure if you know someone who isn’t doing extend a hand. A little gesture can go a long way.
