Brothers,
I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a happy and safe festive period over Christmas and New Year. 2013 has been a big year for BootCo. and I think 2014 will be even bigger! I know I can speak for the committee when I say thanks to all those who came along, volunteered and were part of the BootCo. shenanigans.
I also have to thank the BootCo. committee for all their hard work and dedication throughout the year, you all put in a lot of work and I know it’s not always easy… But it is fun!
2013 was a year of up’s and downs. For BootCo. it saw a great surge in the popularity of Kink and Leather. For me some highlights were this years Mr Queensland Leather which was a close competition, our biggest donation to charity ever in the history of BootCo, as well as some of our own history being preserved at the Queensland State Library.
The challenge now is to make 2014 an even better year for BootCo. The committee has already started planning and we have a list online (and in this newsletter) of all our upcoming pub nights. Of course if you have something you would really like to see, be it an event, workshop or even just an idea, please let a committee member know.
Our first event for 2014 is the always sexy Hot Summer Nights, for loads of speedo and lycra fun. We also have our first workshop for the year, which is Fisting 101 at Number 29 on January 18. More information on both these events can be found below.
